Our Tuscan Rosé “Torricella”, or Rosato Toscano “Torricella”, is named after our farm in Pelago, below the Castle of Nipozzano.
Our Tuscan Rosé "Torricella" I.G.T. is rated 86/100 points in the 2017 edition of "Guida Oro i Vini di Veronelli".
It is made of Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes processed “in white” in iron shafts at constant temperature, that is, it is made of red grapes without their skin.
The Tuscan Rosé is still and fruity, perfect as aperitif, and a wonderful fit with hors d’oeuvres and seafood.
The Tuscan Rosé “Torricella” is at its best when served young, at 12-14 °C or 54-57 °F. Alcohol 14%.
